Our Services

We strive to provide infants, children and adolescents excellent dental care in a safe and happy environment.

We will use clinical examination and Digital x-rays to diagnose any problems with your children’s teeth and formulate an individual treatment plan, including the prevention of future disease, with you to ensure your child achieves optimal oral health. This is the most important part of the dental journey.

We use the most modern, up-to-date materials and equipment to restore your childss teeth when dental decay has progressed too far. White fillings are most common, however in certain cases stainless steel crowns may be necessary. We also can provide white zirconia crowns.

We can provide comprehensive care under nitrous oxide sedation in the dental chair or under general anaesthetic as a short day-stay procedure. This is sometimes required for children with complex treatment needs or extensive decay. Enabling your child to cope well with their treatment is our highest priority, and will ensure they are happy to visit the dentist in years to come.
We provide oral health services for children with special needs , to ensure they maintain optimal oral health. We have access to both Relative Analgaesia or General Anaesthetic Dentistry at Local Hospitals for those that require it, and can train parents and carers in dental disease prevention and home care.
Should your child be suffering from a dental emergency such as tooth pain or trauma, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Should they require management out of our hours please contact the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, 720 Swanston Street, Carlton VIC 3053 (Telephone: 03 9341 1000).

We have extensive training in trauma management and emergency care of both the primary and permanent teeth. We are able to provide early-medium, and long-term management of teeth that have sustained dental trauma for your child. It is important that all dental trauma is assessed by a dentist.
